Hiram is a very small city with a population of over 1,300 residents and is located in Paulding County, Georgia. Hiram is a few hours outside of Atlanta and considered a very small suburb of the big city. Most residents who live in Hiram work outside in neighboring cities like Powder Springs and Dallas. Small privately owned businesses and small scale shopping centers help maintain the economy in the area.

Because Hiram is such a small city, it mostly consists of residential neighborhoods with a small town type atmosphere.
